T.O.P. Wing Ltd. is a private company, founded in 2001 by test pilots and engineers, graduates of international flight test schools, who served for many years in the Israeli Air Force's flight test center.

The company specializes in planning and execution of flight tests for airborne systems onboard all types of aerial platforms. We provide services of flight test for radars, observation systems, SIGINT, UAVs and drones, and supports land and sea tests.
The company's activities rely on the extensive experience accumulated by its employees during their long service in the Israeli Air Force.
The test pilots and engineers are graduates of international flight test schools and have extensive flight and operational experience.

The company's activities include characterization, planning, installation, measurement instrumentation, and execution of experiments. 
After the experiments are carried out, a process of debriefing the results is carried out, including interpretation, analysis, documentation, and the writing of summary reports.
All activity is carried out in accordance with the customer's requirements and the directive of the regulators. 
The company specializes in the licensing of aircraft and airborne systems, which includes full accompaniment of the process vis-à-vis the aviation authorities. 
Among the company's customers are the Ministry of Defense, Rafael Advanced Combat Systems, Elbit Systems and Israel Aerospace Industries.
